We ship all orders from our New York warehouse Tuesday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 5-10 business days (T-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week.
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 7-14 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@hooheo.com.
